Prices shown on the product pages and in the online configurator of this site show base building prices, plus standard upgrades when selected by customer in the configurator. Additional fees may apply, including charges for taxes, permits, engineering fees, delivery and leveling. Building base prices shown on this site are specific to delivery zip code. The specifications of the base building may vary according to the building code requirements of the jurisdiction where the job site is located. Required variations from our base building plans may increase building price. For delivery addresses located in High Wind Zones, High Snow Load Zones or other jurisdictions with known special building requirements, mandated items must be added to your order, thus increasing the building price. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. In the case of an online glitch or error which creates an inaccurate quoted price or transaction, Arizona Premier Sheds reserves the right to cancel that quoted price or transaction. Prices quoted are valid through the expiration date of the promotion, but in no case shall be valid longer than seven days. Once an order has been placed, pricing is guaranteed for up to 6 months. If the installation is not completed within 6 months for any reason, Arizona Premier Sheds has the right to modify the order pricing. You will be notified regarding any price adjustment prior to installation or incurring any additional charges.

On-site installation of Arizona Premier Sheds buildings is typically an Additional 10 - 20% of the building base price. Additional charges may apply for complex projects requiring multi-day installation and/or additional machinery (i.e. delivery crane) or planning.

Customer is responsible for neighborhood covenants, building permits and site preparation. In some areas, installation of storage buildings is not permitted. Please determine your local building rules and regulations concerning installation before considering a purchase.

The customer is responsible for providing a clean and level site prior to building installation. Installation may be delayed until the site is clean of all debris (i.e. old tree stumps, trash, dog waste, etc.). To attain the maximum performance for your Arizona Premier Sheds building, the structure needs to be level. If the site is more than 3' out of level, Site Improvements will be mandatory. If anchors are required in your installation area, Customer Will Provide Correct Anchors per local Jurisdiction requirements.

Certain buildings may require concrete foundation depending on Some jurisdictions. Concrete is not included on any Arizona Premier Sheds prices on this website.

If changes or cancellation occurs After the Initiation of a shed, The Customer May Lose Their Deposit.

Accordingly, Arizona Premier Sheds takes great precautions to protect its proprietary information and confidential documents concerning its business operations, financial information and prospective operations and in this regard maintains an unbending corporate policy to protect its confidential information from being disseminated. Therefore, any and all information provided by Arizona Premier Sheds, excluding any information generally made available on the Websites, is strictly confidential, solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential transaction with Arizona Premier Sheds.
